  1. NOVICE.BAS is a random (FCC) NOVICE class theory examination
  2. and runs under MS-DOS BASIC

  4. NOVICE.DAT is the question pool less questions that require a diagram
  5. to be drawn by the examinee and those questions with diagrams in them
  6. that I found to difficult to display in ASCII
  7.  
  8. PRINTEST.BAS will create a Novice test and answer key to file TEST.TXT
  9. A batch file to print a random test might look like this
